If you have experienced a water leak and are a residential customer, you may qualify for assistance for high bills. Please include documentation showing the leak has been repaired.

Fire Hydrant Meter Permit Application
This form should be used when there is a need for higher volumes of water. There is a $30 permit fee to install a meter that will need to be paid when applying.
